So what does anxiety mean?


The first thing that will comes to our minds are those things that makes us uncomfortable, those things causes emotional effect to us.


Well, base on “Anxiety is a normal”, it is also define from that “Anxiety is our body’s natural responce to stress”. So, Anxiety is part of our being, it always there, its an insticnt that we feel when there are things that triggers it.

But, what will happen when this Anxiety becomes more present everyday, not just everyday but everytime, when anxiety constantly makes you fear on something, it becoming more hard to be socialize with others? And it makes sleeping difficult?


Yes, Anxiety can be normal, but having Anxiety disorders is not. You will know, when your anxiety is hitting you hard than usual, its overwhelming that its getting harder to be socializing outside, its tiring to be on those activities that you are enjoying doing before.


There are so many types of Anxiety Disorders, but everytime you feel its hard to deal it with your own never hesitate to ask for help, break the stigma that having excessive anxiety is normal and can be gone with a stick of cigarette or a bottle of beer.


Ask for help and acknowledge that you need help, help your self, your mind and your body.
