IS IT NORMAL TO TALK TO YOURSELF?

Is it normal? To talk to myself? Asking this question may look like a joke but talking to yourself does helps to fully understand your own thoughts. Why is it also important to talk to yourself? Not just on your mind but talking out-loud in front of a mirror? Talking to one self can help understood its deeper thoughts, can help to stay focused, to process difficult emotions, it also helps to motivate using positive words and positive thinking. Talking to yourself also helps to your mental health, questioning things about yourself in order for you to get back on track again, or understanding your own negative thoughts then giving yourself your own some advice to be more better can be some of the advantages. You can also have your own journal to track events, emotions, your everyday life, like talking to someone.

 

Talking or questioning yourself is normal, much more it is healthy, your helping your own self to be aware on your weaknesses and making it as your strong points, helping yourself to be mentally healthy. Let us always feed our minds with positive thinking, talking to oneself is like exercise for the mind, it helps you to be stronger when the storms came, when you cannot avoid your messed up days, at least talking to yourself will remind you that bad days are only temporary.
